Qty 1: Patterson Industries Fractionator. Function: Remove free Ammonia from Coke Oven Gas. Aqua Ammonia from the first stages of the plant are feed into the Fractionator where with the addition of steam it is "Fractionated", resulting in the production of Anhydrous Ammonia.

Dimensions: 2'-6" I.D. x 52' Straight Side. 58'-8" Overall Height. Operating Pressure: 215 PSIG. Design Pressure: 300 PSIG. Head: Flanged & Dished. Shell & Head: AISI Type 304L. Internal Structure: 304 SS. Internal Bolting: 304 SS. External Bolting: Carbon Steel. External Gasket: 304 SS Spiral.

Trays: Qty 40 for 2'-6" I.D. Fractionator. Type: Segmental, removable dualflow trays (perforated plates without downcomers). One Inch (1") diameter perforated holes. Total area of holes to be 8.00 percent of inside tower area.
