Rebuilt 24" Neles Digester Capping Valve

Qty 1: Neles PX2430-AAS-QBCY-32 24" Digester Capping Valve with (18) Swing-Bolt Flange. Neles 24" capping valves have helped hundreds of pulp mills automate their chip filling operations, increase production and realize significant manpower savings. Its ball flow path is provided with a linear insert to allow smooth passage of the chips for fast filling. A preloading device not only assists the ball to the seat with the desired pressure for tight sealing but also is mounted outside of the valve body to prevent chips and liquor from causing hazards. The capping valve's failsafe design has at least two locking systems acting independently of each other. One of the systems consists of two separate pressure switches mounted directly to the valve body. Other interlocking systems include a mechanical jammer, which is inside the pneumatic actuator housing, or an electrical interlocking system.
