Mueller kettle, 3000 gallon, stainless steel, vertical. 10' diameter x 65" straight side, dish top, inverted dish bottom, insulated and double jacketed, side jacket rated 250 psi at 250 deg F, bottom jacket rated 235 psi at 400 deg F. Stainless steel agitator bridge (cut off), approx 1-1/2" diameter shaft with a gate style agitator with side wall scrapers (no drive). Two (2) spray balls, top mouned baffle. Openings: top 18" manway with cover, 3" side bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Last used on dairy process.
