Note: All of these Kinetrol Actuators were used at
a water treatment plant for 3-5 years. Very low usage on filter valves. Valves
were operated less than once per day. The expected life of these actuators
is 10-20 years with moderate usage. The number of strokes these units have
seen is about 700-800 strokes. The standard Kinetrol is designed for up to
4 million operations without any required maintenance. All units have been
tested for operational integrity and are ready for installation.

Casing: Pressure die cast ILZRO 16 zinc alloy. Models 16/18/20
aluminium LM25
Vane and output shaft: Models 07 upwards SG iron, zinc plated.
Shaft bushes: Glacier DU.
Seals: Moulded polyurethane.
Seal expanders: Stainless spring steel.
Couplings: Weldable mild steel, zinc plated.
Working temperature range: -20°C (-5°F) to 80°C (175°F).
