Johnson March Sky-Kleen PT-10-13-8 Dust Collector consisting
of 12 GA. welded house structure with accumulator enclosure, NEMA 4 solenoid
housing, 10 GA. Hopper w/60 deg. Side slope, Structural leg & bracing,
(1) Control panel/Libra systems, NEMA 4 (8 station), (1) Dwyer monometer assy.,
(1) Ladder assy. w/safety chain, (104) 10'-0" long snap-in Polypropylene
16 oz. Filter bags, (1) Roof guardrail assy. 1-1/4" pipe construction,
Auxiliary Equipment Consisting of: (1) Regenerative air dryer, Pioneer Model
PHL 35. (1) 8" Meyer Rotary valve w/1/2 HP TEFC Motor 460/60/3Ph). (1)
New York Blower PLR 278, Class III, APR.I, CCW.TH, Pos. "W", for
40 HP motor, "V" belt drive, w/clean out door, drain, belt guard,
OSHA Type "GT", flanged outlet, shaft & bearing guard, spark
resistant construction. (1) Unitary base for arr'ment No. 1. (1) Outlet Damper
for NY Blower PLR278. (1) Blower motor 40 HP, 1800 RPM, 460V/60/3ph. (1) Air
compressor/Ingersoll-Rand Model 7HD w/10 HP Mtr. 1800 RPM. (1 Lot) of duct
work design & fabrication. Details: 18" flange inlet, 20" flanged
outlet, collecter weight: 8124 lbs. Hopper capacity (Full): 230 Cu. Ft., Operating
conditions: 13,150 CFM @ 70 Deg. F. Dimensions: Height (bottom of rotary valve
to top of kickplate on roof): 23' 1-3/8". Guardrail height: 3' 7".
Overall length: 12'. Overall width: 6' 9". This dust collector system
was purchased new in 1982. It was only started up twice, and then it was decommissioned.
It has been sitting indoors in a limestone crusher building since 1982. This
unit is in excellent condition.
