Fulton Vertical Return System Model No. VT-30, 460V/60HZ/3 ph., Pump No. T51J with 5 HP TEFC motor. Fulton Blowdown Tank Model No. F-30, design pressure: 300 psig. Kisco Water Softener Model No. KF-30-9000, S/N K-042369. A & F Chemical Feed System Model No. 30P-1-V-5. System was started-up on 10-23-89.
