Qty 1: Fitzpatrick Guiloriver, Stainless steel chamber with outboard bearing housings, stainless steel roll with 14" dia. x 14" face with 38 cutting pins, throat inlet 13" x 13" opening, product discharge with 12 1/2" dia., motor: 10 HP, TEFC, 208V/60Hz/3Ph., 1750 RPM, TEFC, Dodge parallel shaft gear reducer with 155 RPM output, all above mounted on a carbon steel base painted silver with pipe legs and casters. Year: 1997. Only used on cheese since new. Excellent condition.

Meets Stringent Sanitary Requirements: The Guiloriver features polished and filleted internal corners and stainless steel product contact surfaces. Hinged throat and discharge permit quick, tool-free access. All product contact surfaces are accessible for cleaning & inspection when the hinged chamber is opened.

Immediate Product Usage: Eliminates thawing, reduces handling and bacterial growth. Results in faster processing adn more flexible product scheduling.
